Client Testimonials
Dear Staff at Sleeptech,
Several years ago, my husband was diagnosed with
Sleep Apnea. CPAP was prescribed. Now, not living
in the area where I had worked as a Respiratory
Nurse Clinician, we were uncertain which provider
to use in our area. We chose one, nothing but
trouble! Pressure sores, edema, and all! No response
to our calls!
An R. T. friend told Marianne of our plight, (I
had worked with both in the past) Marianne called
us, and reassured us that there were ways this
could be managed. Exit the mask and on with 'Breeze'
headgear. From then on, except for replacements,
all has gone smoothly, and we have been contacted
yearly for checks. We value Marianne and her staffs
support and friendship.
Thanks,

I was diagnosed with sleep apnea a few years
ago. Tried a C Pap Machine from another company,
at that time it was a full mouth and nose mask.
It was too claustrophobic for me and too noisy,
so I did not keep it. Am a little over weight
and not in the best of shape. So when I had a
heart attack last year I thought that I had better
do something. I had begun to fall asleep when
driving and was tired only an hour or two after
I got up in the morning. I had no energy and found
that I had to take a nap in the afternoon. I even
began falling asleep at work. It was getting frustrating.
I had to move to another bedroom as I would stop
breathing which made it hard for my wife to sleep
as she had to hit or push me to get me breathing
again. A month or more my wife went on a trip
with her friend to Calgary for the cancer run.
Her friend had a newer machine which was very
quiet.
We began too enquire about them and found Sleep
Tech. They gave me an oximeter to try without
the machine on and then while using the machine.
I was told it was quite a difference. I had a
hard time at first adjusting to the mask but after
a month or so I have gotten sort of used to it.
The thing I notice most is I don't sleep during
the day. We went for a trip to Kamloops then to
Whistler and I did not feel tired or fall asleep
while driving, which I did many times before.
I could not even drive from the Fraser Valley
to Vancouver wwithout getting drowsy. It has made
a great positive change in our life and would
recommend that anyone at least try it out.
Thanks again Sleep Tech.

Attention: Russ Priestley
Dear Russ:
Please accept this as a note of thanks for the
professional, loving care that you give me as
a patient of Sleeptech Homecare Services Ltd.
Thank you for your never-ending education of
sleep apnea and your calm demeanour during our
visits, which truly helps me feel more relaxed
and in control of my life.
Previously, I was a patient of another sleep
apnea clinic and was treated in a way that left
me feeling nervous and totally uneducated about
sleep apnea.
I’d also like to thank you for the phenomenal
pillow I purchased for sleep apnea patients. It
is awesome!!!! Whoever invented it must be a patient!!
There is no more trying to stuff my regular pillow
down my neck so that my mask works properly. The
pillow fits so comfortably that my neck doesn’t
hurt anymore while sleeping. I used to have to
keep adjusting my regular pillow through the night
for comfort and also so I wouldn’t hear
the shushing of the mask into the pillow. It is
also a great comfort for my neck when I’m
lying back in bed watching TV . . . very versatile.
I’m thinking of purchasing another one
for my 86-year-old mum who has arthritis in her
neck. I think it could help her.
I’ll be in to see you in the New Year for
a new CPAP with humidifier.
Keep on doing a great job...we apnea patients
rely on you for our lives!!
Take care.

Dear Marianne:
I just wanted to drop you a quick note about
the Papillow. I have been using it for a little
over 2 weeks now and I am amazed. I thought it
would take a few nights to get used to but it
didn’t.
It’s firm enough and high enough to take
the pressure off my shoulder, yet soft enough
to be very comfortable. I just love this pillow!
I also woke up multiple nights a week with hip
pain from laying in the same position for too
long. Since I started using the Pap pillow it
hasn’t happened once.
Of course my mask hasn’t slipped either,
as my face never gets buried in the pillow. It’s
great.
Thanks so much,
JS
I came to Sleeptech
3+ years ago with sleep apnea.
From the first time I came to Sleeptech till today
I have enjoyed this experience because of the
Professional manner in which Sleeptech operates.
I have felt at ease discussing my concerns and
my problems with the staff.
Today I can still phone or email Sleeptech and
get a prompt and courteous response to any questions
I may have. Replacement parts have been promptly
available.
I had the unfortunate situation of having to have
my CPAP machine sent out for warranty work, not
only did Sleeptech provide me with a loaner machine
they went back to the company when machine developed
the same problem for a 3rd time and out of warranty.
The machine was replaced without any hassle to
me.
I would not hesitate to recommend Sleeptech to
those with sleep apnea.
